Stepping out of the Corporate Comfort Zone

I was successful… but I wasn’t fulfilled.

For 25 years, I held leadership roles at one of Canada’s largest companies. But after all that time, I had an epiphany:

The moments that lit me up most weren’t in boardrooms or dashboards—they were in the quiet conversations.
Coaching. Mentoring. Helping my team find their spark again.

So I stepped out of the corporate comfort zone and followed the pull toward purpose.

I became a certified executive coach and founded Yellow Brick Executive Coaching, where all my experience—personal and professional—now converges in the service of one client at a time.

Coaching is a bespoke experience.
It lives where listening, questioning, and self-discovery collide.

And there’s no greater fulfillment than helping others uncover theirs.

So let me ask you:

What does fulfillment look like to you?
– Starting your own business?
– Breaking the cycle of burnout?
– Creating space for what matters most?
– Discovering what you want to be known for?

And maybe more importantly…

What’s standing between you and the life you really want?
